Kay Caskey, ACSW and Laurie Young, MA, LPC are Holistic Health Specialists and nationally recognized experts on
the subject of health and humor.
In the past ten years they have given over 600 keynote presentations and workshops to such diverse organizations
as the United States Post Office, Dow Corning, Henry Ford Health System, Thrivent Financial, and numerous health
care, educational, and human service organizations.

| Realizing there is nothing easy about the process of change and setting and reaching goals, Kay and Laurie walk
their talk by continually seeking out new challenges and learning opportunities. |
| In the past five years: |

| Kay has climbed Mt. Fuji, lumbered through tap dance lessons, studied Spanish and French, fell short at tight rope
walking, learned to identify deciduous trees, walked rim to rim in the Grand Canyon, and became a Master Gardener. |

Laurie has hiked the Inca Trail, attempted the potter's wheel and paper mache, dropped out of unicycle classes,
taken American Sign Language, become certified in high ropes rescue (best not to test her on this one), and climbed
Mt. Washington. |

Several years ago they both took up the sport of joggling, which is juggling and jogging at the same time. They
set two world records and won ten gold medals in international joggling competitions. |

|
 In
the summer of 2003 they both
summited Mt. Kilimanjaro. In
the fall of 2006 they completed
a 17 day trek to Mt. Everest
Base Camp. |

Laurie's dog failed obedience school but did win first place for his Halloween outfit. |

While Kay and Laurie are educators, not entertainers, they strongly believe that learning should be fun.

| In 1996 Kay and Laurie were awarded the prestigious Excellence in Education Award by the International Jugglers
Association. Granted only twelve times, they are the only women to have received this honor. |
